[Cyan Gear] So back to this

Well for those who haven't noticed I still have cyangear.com but just pointed it to here for now. I still love the name and the idea behind it but now I think I have a good grasp one what I really want to do with it.

Cyan Gear is still going to be a clothing store but I think it going to be something more than that for me. I don't really want to put a lot of the details here about it because LJ is very open and I don't want my ideas stolen, but suffice it to say I think I am going to take more serious steps to make this become a reality, whether I am doing sewing or not. The main thing I want to provide is a store front for people to buy clothing and be able to learn how to make it, part of the Steampunk idea of DIY, and in this day in age if you can make something you like why go out to a store and buy it. But on the same token I want to provide something unique within the store that would make people want to buy things. Anyway I still am in love with the idea and am going to have to work up a business plan for it to see how I can get it started and get a shop set up.

It's funny too this has actually gotten me excited, I mean it's something I feel I can get behind and really put some effort into and not just sorta care about. I just wish thoughts of failure would just stay away so I could actually start planning on this because I think this could be something really big.

1. I was born in SC and lived there until I was nine and then was raised in Cincinnati, but I still consider myself a southern boy.

2. I have a clothing fetish but no one would really know it if they saw how I normally dress.

3. I'm a kid trapped in an adults body... luckily I still look rather young :3

4. Just to answer the question of "How old am I?" that came up from that last answer. Currently 34 :P

5. I'm typically not really comfortable doing things out by myself. I never feel they're quite as fun to do unless I have someone whom I like (friend or other)who is enjoying it too. And of course if they're not enjoying it then I typically won't enjoy it even if I was. (need to work on that one a bit)

6. I over analyze things sometimes... often. It comes in handy sometimes but others it becomes a hindrance.

7. I'm typically fond of doing anything really, sometimes I have to be convinced though. I will try just about anything once, but don't force me if I really don't want to do something XD

8. I love sweet things... too much... that's why I'm fat :P

9. I really have a problem with motivation and staying motivated even if it's something that I really want to do. I think in general it's because I'm too afraid that I never even try.
