More Uniform Stuff

As part of this uniform creation I found a decent place to get socks and sweater vests, in fact the same one that most online stores get them from.
I don't think I should go into great detail about the pricing but in general for the minimum amount for both combined would be about a thousand dollars with shipping. I have no clue about import fees or anything but I'm sure they will apply too since I will more than likely sell the uniforms at a small profit (or maybe large profit depending on how well I can do them and how much people are willing to pay).
The bad thing is I really don't have a thousand dollars to put on this now. I don't even know how I would get a thousand dollars to put on this. I'm not going to pre-sell anything (well at least not a full uniform maybe could do the socks and vest if people want them by themselves) because I don't think I would be able to get multiple uniforms done at any certain time and don't want to rush me learning to make a quality version of it, but at the same time I really do want to get these and put it together.
So there's the dilemma.
Also if we're still taking note of the calculations so far that'd be $1,300 for a starter set (and whole bunch of vests and socks).
One thing I really do need now though is some sketch work for the full uniform and it's pieces, which I'm sure will cost money too and don't know a good artist who does clothing design work. So if anyone knows an artist who can do clothing design work and do it well let me know. Otherwise I think I will play around with photoshop some and come up with something interesting.
