Weekendness Fun
Dec. 1st, 2008 03:28 pmSo you know what kind-of fun we had this weekend... Well I'll tell you...
We cleaned.
OHHHHH exciting.
Anyway our condo has been a huge mess for a while and we strangely enough have lack of storage. So we did what every person with lack of storage do. We went to Ikea. So now we have a new small desk, so we can get rid of the corner desk that takes up the whole spare room and eventually get a decent futon there, and a cheap standing closet thingy for gear (all kinds of stuff). The only bad thing is the big stuff won't fit and still really have no room for it. I'm sure we will find some place for it even if we have to get a plastic tub and toss it in the basement.
The best thing about all of this though is things are finally getting into final places. and we can get rid of our last couple of boxes. I need to go through them and see what I really wanna keep out of them since most are mine. I have some junk in there but a lot of that stuff still has memories attached to them. I know too that a lot of that stuff is toys... and I would rather not give them up... but I am a toy freak... for some reason or another.
But yeah cleaning cleaning cleaning.
