So work has finally calmed down a bit and now I can take a bit of a breather.
So yeah BF went for a Phsyical and basically the doctor just wanted to have a chat with him since we haven't gone back to the gym and gotten much needed exersise.
We are well on our way to saving up for our Condo. Hopefully by the end of next month we can go and see how much money we can borrow to pay for a condo (IE how much we can afford). But from the looks of it we should be able to get a good downpayment and even pay the closing costs. After that though we will probably start saving again so we can afford new, Good furniture for our place (not that our current furniture isn't good but want something where both I am my BF can lay down in the living room). Basically want some new living room furniture, some new bedroom furniture, a futon or something to the guest bedroom (but not a cheap one from kmart or something), and also want to get a good set of knives and possibly a good set of dishes for the kitchen in general. Basically it'll be more saving we have to do but since we saved so much so quickly (even though we have been helped by bonuses and increases in pay) we should be able to buy something nice a month. So in terms of condo we are good so far.
I can't think of much else right now but if I do will be sure to post it.
