Condo

So the BF and I really want to get a two bedroom condo but are constantly non-commital about it. What I mean by that is we'll look at condos online, we'll look a open houses but after that we don't do anything about it. Personally I have to say that I am tried of not doing anything about it. I want a condo and I'm sure the people who are selling them want them sold as much as we want to purchase them so I am sure that we both can agree on some terms to aquire it. One of the few reasons that we haven';t tried though has been credit related. There are bills in the past that haven't gotten paid because of some reason or another (long story) and it was under my BF's name so he gets blamed for not paying it basically. It's not that much if you concider as much debt as I have to my credit card :P but it still shows up on your credit score. Luckily my Credit score is pretty much spotless. The only problem I do have is the debt that I have incured from the CC. I really need to look into a credit loan to pay it off that doesn't have an adjustable rate attached to it (keep getting offers from one bank but they say the rate could go upto 29% which is no better than the credit card is at currently). The next issue would be not really having enough in savings to make a down payment. It would be nice to wait another year before we get one to add to our savings but IU haven't been saving anything yet and have been taking the brunt of the bills lately (which is only fair since Jason has been paying them mostly before). So yeah not sure how we are going to do this exactly but I'd rather try than sit around and wait for all the good places to be gone.
