Commission and other things
Dec. 6th, 2007 11:46 amWell I went ahead and started my commission yesterday (will put up a link to the artist when I get home). So far it's coming along rather nicely, in fact I am surprised that he already got a sketch done so quickly (of course this is my first real commission so not sure how long these things take). I did decide to stay "normal" which is to say I am getting a pic of my character/fursona all steamed up (or Steampunked). Maybe later I will get a art piece of kink from someone.
In other news, I recently got some new dress shoes. Okay well there were two instances where I got new dress shoes. The first pair I got were general "actual" dress shoes and at first they were nice but the longer I wore them the worse they felt until, like most of my dress shoes, I stopped wearing them altogether. Just recently though I went to a skate shoe only store (since I like the skater shoes because they are the most comfortable I have ever worn) and found a nice pair of skate shoes that looked very dressy. I bought them and love the things. Besides a little pinch in the right shoe (which I am hoping will go away with wear) they are perfect and comfy and look really nice. I do need to go get some other shoes in general though. The ones I bought last are falling apart a lot quicker than my usual shoes do (and that's why I typically go for the name brand shoe when I buy them otherwise I wear them out within three months rather than a year).
Okay since I have been posting a lot lately I do have a question for everyone. I seem to switch topics in each post quite frequently. Does this bother anyone or do you not care either way? I would rather put all my thoughts down when I have them in one post than have multiple posts in one day (unless I think of something else to write later or want to add something else when I get home). But would you rather see multiple posts than all of it in one? I can do it either way but would like to know your opinion on it.
