Stuff and Things
Dec. 5th, 2007 10:34 amSo it snowed here in beautiful Chicago and for some reason put me in a really happy mood. It make living in the cold environment bearable when you get snow blanketing everything... and you don't have to drive in it. I don't particularly like the grey slush that forms around the streets and entrances to sidewalks from the streets but it's somewhat bearable. So I am in a rather happy mood in general because of this.

Other things though. My BF and I have been wanting a condo basically ever since we moved into our own apartment and now I think he really wants to look for one now (and I am usually in the mood anytime). What I would really love to do is get a house in the area but neither of us can afford a million dollar home in Chicago (and this is not a big fancy house either this is just your run of the mill house that you'd own). What we are looking for in a condo though is at least two bedrooms, a decent amount of storage, in unit washer and dryer, and would be nice to have gas stove and possibly heating. This are not too hard to come by but we are also looking at a $250,000 price tag within our neighborhood hopefully. That's the killer part there. The closest one I have seen that was really nice and very close to where we live was $350,000. Hopefully we can find a good one but we really need to try for it nonetheless. Not trying and just looking at them will not help us actually get a condo.
Oh yeah I am also getting a commission done now that I joined FurAffinity but not sure weather I should go with something kinky (which I have an idea in mind) or something normal (which I also have in mind). I really don't have much art of my fursonas and would like to get something for them, especially my Blue Skunk. Not only that but I have a ton of characters furry or otherwise that I could get art for. Anyway I would like your opinion, should I get normal or kinky (and I already know one otter's response ;) )?
