Okay so I have an idea for my fursuit. Since my blue skunk is a steampunk I was thinking as a fur tattoo to have a giant gear on his back. ( http://rmdtek.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=123&g2_serialNumber=4 Not sure where I found this image to give credit to the owner but like the simplistic design) I was thinking of using the black fur that I got for it. The problem I see with it is mixing it with the stripe of the skunk. I was also thinking about the earrings that are like holes in the ears, not huge ones but small ones, for him as well. It's basically stuff I would never do myself but would like to do.
Other than that I basically have everything to start with the basic suit... except my own sewing machine. I have a serger but don't think it'd be good for the starting process. I have a friend who has a sewing machine but we no longer live as close as we used to and he doesn't feel like parting with it (me borrowing it) just yet. Although it doesn't really matter right now I guess since I will be getting a sewing machine from my mom this Christmas. She has an old Singer sewing machine that has it's own desk to it. She's going to bring it to Cincy so I can pick it up and then we can have a good family gathering then too.
Which makes me think I guess it's time to go Christmas Shopping. I need to pick something up for a party at MFF. I also should pick up something for my friend's B-day. The it's BF, Mom, Bro & Family, and good friends here too. Not sure what to get everyone though. My BF already got a gift for us which is awesome. He got tickets to go see Spamalot when it comes back into town :3 Typically we do joint gifts for each other so I think this might be it but still not sure. Truthfully though I may get him a surprise gift anyway. Never sure what to get my mom. It's always one of those things that I just know because she says things like " I love that, wouldn't it be great here?" or something like that. It's not really a hint but at the same time you know she wants it but won't get it herself. Since I'm not around her anymore I can't easily buy something like that for her. I don't talk to my Brother much anymore either so have no clue what to give him. I could easily buy something for my niece though.
Well it seems like this is another long post but you know what... whatever. I can't change the way I post mainly because I like posting this way heh. Anyway I think that's it for now. I'm sure will post more later.
