I Sooooooooo Hate this whole condo buying thing. You know I figured yeah it would take a good amount of time and might be a lil stressful but I never figured the bank we chose would have been incredibly stupid with this. Basically we have come down to the last couple of weeks and they tell us today that the building has to be totally complete (even though some or most of the units are still mostly customizable) and that it needs to be 90% sold. How would a bank even survive if these were the restrictions. So yeah basically our lawyer said to look for another bank or loan agency and he'd try to work it out with them possibly. But after so many little stupid things with them I really don't feel like using them anymore anyway.
