IML and other things
May. 31st, 2007 03:48 pmSo this weekend we went to IML... Let's just say it's like every IML very cool. Got to see good friends, meet new ones and basically I treated it as a very kinky Furcon. In fact I want to try and plan a IML Furry Invasion Party next year or something like that. It's something I will have to try and organize with other local furs who are planning on going or want to go.
I didn't buy much this year, well let me rephrase that. I bought more than I usually buy but it less dollar amounts. I bought a bar vest that I needed for my leather group and a few toys from a few of the other vendors. I would have bought a full one piece leather bike suit (yes they had them again this year) but I was too big, it was cash only, and I was already buying a bike (which I will discuss momentarily). I also got to watch something very interesting (and if you really want to know you're going to have to ask because it's not something I would write here).
All in all IML was as fun as always and will plan on going again next year hopefully with a bunch of furs in tow.
Now onto the bike. Well I called Kozy's up on Tuesday to see if they got it in but unfortunately the manufacturer still hadn't sent it and it would be two more weeks. If they would have told me that this was the problem of manufacturer I would have just chosen another bike and would have had it by now. Anyway the guy whom I had on the line said I should come back tomorrow (which is when the person I bought the bike from will be in) and I could get another bike. So basically I got my second choice bike which was only ten dollars more and in stock. So all in all next time just get what's in stock :P . I am happy with the bike though and it rides very smooth... was hoping to ride it today but with the rain doesn't look likely.
