I feel much better now.
Nov. 22nd, 2006 02:43 pmOkay after a few days to rest I fell much better now.
I kind-of feel that I should have gotten the Wii when I had the chance but ehh you know I will get it eventually so no worries there besides I still need to play around with my new toy Joomla! so I can redesign the VI website into a much more cohesive site. Unfortunately the VI site is also very much not working right now because the server has gone down due to an upgrade and most of their pages turned to crap. I'm personally thinking we should just give up on that server and start at a new one hopefully with more webspace and such and even found a cool place to check for them http://www.findmyhosting.com/. Two the I like personally are InMotion Hosting and WebHostingBuzz. Not only are they cheap but they are highly recomended and have tons of storage space... for a website that is.
Other news I loved MFF. I forgot how much fun I had at the con. I think I forgot because last year I never really got to spend that much time there. I got to see Marci McAdams and came inches away from getting a con badge or something more done from her but I chickened out mainly because 20 bucks for a con badge and 50 for art is very expensive at the moment and I'd kind-of like her to not really sell it for wholesale afterwords (not that I don't think she shouldn't make money off of her work or anything but I think it's something more personal and I would want to be the only one to own a copy).
I got to meet and say hi to a lot of the Deaddog! people that I have missed talking to (I still really need to get IRC but not sure of a good client for Mac) and really need to try and keep in touch with better. I still say I have never really liked IRC chat but most furs still seem to stick to it.
Yeah so anyway I need to get started doing some Turkey Day things, making some yummy banana pudding... and no turkeys were harmed in the creation of this pudding... that will be tomorrow when we, you know, cook turkey.
So yes MFF and MIR and well even the diaper party there was much fun had by all.
Actually I forog tot mention about the diaper party. There was someone whom I had talked to online who came to the party whom I never met (lets just say freaking Hottie) and we tried to set up a game of Settlers of Catan. Like I said last time didn't work but still fun while it lasted.
