So ever since I got back from Maryland I have been utilizing the gym in my office building. It's a nice place and have been doing it four out of the five days but it seems like the more I go the worse I feel afterwords... I figured I was supposed to start feeling better after the gym :P
Maybe I need to change it up a bit. Basically have just been going for 20 min on the elliptical. I'm just not sure what else I can do do make me feel like I am actually burning off calories/loosing weight rather than just gaining muscles.
